The articles that the tool generated are in English and German, as the client was based in Austria.

Skills Exemplified:

  • Weekly Agile interviews with the client

  • Use of API keys

  • Gaining Useful Insights from Semi-Structured and Qualitative Data

  • Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency

  • Tokenization

My specific contributions to the report included: developing the research question, narrowing down three elements the survey would test for, cleaning the data, running the data analysis in Python, displaying the data in the report, creating recommendations based off the data, and identifying specific limitations from our research. I also created the supplementary resource for the client after the course had ended.

Skills Exemplified:

  • Client Relations and Interviewing

  • Survey Design

  • Research Design

  • Team leadership

  • A/B Testing

  • Dummy Variable creation to Analyze Likert Scale and Ranking Data

  • Qualitative and Quantitative Data Testing

  • Data Analysis that included Chi-Square Crosstabulation, Pearson Correlation, Independent Samples T-Test, and Regression

  • Data Visualization in Python (Graphs) and Excel (Heatmaps)

  • Exploration of Specific Limitations of the Research

  • Creation of Specific Recommendations based on Qualitative and Quantitative Data

  • Display of Technical Insights for a Non-Technical Audience

  • Creation of Simplified Research Report for Client to Better Deliver and Explain Data
